i've never done this before but here's a point of view that i needed to respond to and since she suggested i needed a blog, thought i'd just put it out here for discussion and see what the opinions are

Subject: your emails
It's really unprofessional to air your personal problems to your clientele. I don't want to hear it nor do I want to read about the supportive emails you've gotten and how much money you paid to your mortgage and who is sick in your family. You need a blog. I don't wish you anything bad, I just want to hear about your sales and your beads, not your personal life.

I do not agree with your comments one bit. I like to know about the people I deal with regularly. It encourages trust on both sides. Dede has sent just one round-robin email, despite the horrendous strain she has been under, asking for our understanding and explaining why the web site had been so difficult, to gain any more details means signing on the blog. You can easily delete the email and avoid the blog - your choice! Rocks&Rocks has always treated me well as a customer, so I and the vast majority of their customers will be sending our support in whatever way we can.
